Showroom and Mailing address (no packages - all packages without an RMA will be returned to sender): Open 9am-5pm on Saturdays (except holidays) and by appointment only. Not all kits are in stock so if you wish to pick-up a kit please call or email us ahead of time in case we need to order it. SharpHID
Policies: Refunds and Exchanges: An item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if in new resaleable condition. It cannot not be modified in any way. There are no returns or exchanges outside of 30 days. There are no refunds due to change of price after an order is placed. All refunds and exchanges on kits are subject to a $20 restocking fee. All items must be accompanied by an RMA form provided to you via email or regular mail. No items will be accepted without an RMA form. Damanges During Shipping: All items are inspected and in good condition when shipped. All orders are shipped insured for the full value and the responsibility for safe delivery is upon the carrier. Claims for damage during shipment must be made to us so we may contact the delivering carrier within three (3) days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Do not return the damaged item(s) to us unless instructed, as the carrier will want to inspect the item(s) and all of the original packaging, boxes and packing materials. HID Warranty Repairs or Replacements: If you believe part of your HID kit has suffered a failure we certainly want to get this fixed for you. Please follow the simple diagnostic of switching over your ballasts to determine if the failure follows with the ballast or stays with the bulb. If this has still not determined the issue then it may be that other reasons are causing you to appear to have a faulty component in your kit. Please email us if you have unsuccessfully determined the source of the failure. The warranty on all kits and bulbs covers both the bulbs and the ballasts if either should fail for any reason due to defect during the stated warranty period. It does not cover failure or damage caused by the owner. All warranty claims are processed through us and take place within the U.S. If you purchased your product from us then we have your information on file along with your receipt. Any warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product - warranty is non-transferrable. An RMA form will be provided to warranty any parts. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending a product back to us. You are responsible for properly packaging the product you send back to us. We are not responsible for damages during shipping to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We ship all parts back to you via UPS Ground including international orders.
Installations services are available from our authorized performance shops. We are now offering installations directly by appointment only at the following authorized performance shops. To setup an installation please call them at the number below. Mention SharpHID when you call. Please note these shops are NOT for technical support or sales unless your vehicle was serviced there.
